We want to thank you for your patience throughout these trying times.
With the spread of the coronavirus across the world, we are taking measures to protect the health and safety of our staff and reduce the potential spread of the virus. First and foremost, we remain open and we are doing business. Our account teams are working remotely and available via telephone, email, WebEx or other online conferencing services. Our offices are open, maintaining staffing for critical services, but we are not currently accepting visitors. We are taking all necessary steps to provide accommodations for our customers as a result of the Public Health Emergency in the state of Colorado. We are providing the following accommodations to our Colorado customers:
- Premium grace periods are being extended to prevent loss of coverage due to cancellation for the non-payment of premium during the Public Health Emergency
- We do not charge late payment fees and will not begin charging such fees during the Public Health Emergency
- We have enacted a moratorium on policy cancellations due to non-payment of premium
Please note that the above accommodations will be available to Colorado customers for as long as the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Public Health Orders regarding COVID-19 are in effect, or until the Colorado Division of Insurance rescinds Bulletin No. B-5.38, whichever is later.
Please contact our account teams with any questions.
